Celtic Student Travel are Irish handling agents, a business devoted to providing professional personalised services for agents sending student groups to Ireland.

Our activities are designed specifically for the needs of middle and high school student groups coming to Ireland on educational and cultural school trips. With limited time for travel, restricted budgets, and various educational projects, we offer our expertise, and a range of services, to facilitate the unique requirements of these groups.

Based in Galway in the west of Ireland, we have a number of host centres in Galway City and surrounding areas; and have developed a network of local organisers for mini stays in host centres in Dublin, Cork and Kerry areas.

With specialist expertise in safety and safeguarding, we are committed to the safety of all students during their stay – a commitment equally shared by our network of local organisers. Our safety and risk management systems, and safeguarding practices, provide, as far as is reasonably possible, safe environments at meeting points and protect minors from harm during host family stays.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism and integrity; what really differentiates us is our commitment to serving the needs of agents working with us, and the student groups sent to us under our care.

We use our expertise in the technical organisation of stays to ensure smooth preparation; and are 100% dedicated to ensuring successful mini-stays, with warmest welcomes and best experiences possible, for each and every group. All groups receive 24 hour support in host centres, with daily presence of local organiser at meeting point, to ensure each stay is a true success.
